What's it about?

National Fitness Day, 23rd September 2020, is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping us raise awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthier and active lifestyles.1

#Fitness2Me aims to celebrate what fitness means to people, promoting that keeping physically active means something different to us all. We want to make #Fitness2Me the biggest movement in breaking down the barriers that stop people being active, showing that fitness is for everyone!

 

How can you get involved?

  • Share your fitness journey with loved ones (while being sensitive!) to inspire them to make an active change in their lifestyle.
  • Offer to go with someone to an activity (you can purchase a 7-day RLT pass from Reception!)
  • Take a selfie in the gym and tag us @rossendaleleisuretrust for a share.
  • Comment your fitness stories on our posts (or DM us for anonymity) to help inspire people.
