Squash is a brilliant sport that all ages can get involved in. It can be played alone or in singles/doubles, competitively or friendly!
There are also numerous health benefits including:
- Cardio - improve your heart health by jumping, diving, and running for the ball.
- Increase strength and stability - good for improving strength in the back.
- Improve upon hand-eye coordination.
At RLT, we have two great squash courts which can be booked in groups or for individuals.
Adults and children are both welcome to play!
We also have a Squash Club! Haslingden Squash Club organises team nights against local clubs, and host squash introduction sessions on the first Friday of every month. All are welcome!
