Can I book classes online as a non-member?
Yes, please click ‘Book Online’ in the top menu. If you go down, select ‘I’m new’ and proceed to create your account. You can then book & pay for your class.
Can I use all 3 facilities?
Absolutely, with a Rossendale Leisure Trust membership you have access all of our fitness facilities across the valley. Adrenaline – Haslingden, Marl Pits Leisure centre – Rawtenstall and Pioneer – Bacup.
Do you offer Personal Training sessions?
Yes, our fantastic team of Personal Trainers will work with you to develop new workout routines and encourage you to keep motivated. Find out more by clicking here.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership please contact our direct debit team at DFC admin@debitfinance.co.uk quoting your 12-digit reference code (this can be found on your bank statement or confirmation email) or by calling DFC on 01908752078 . Direct debits cannot be cancelled directly at the bank as this will incur missed payment fees.
How do I freeze my membership?
To freeze your membership please contact memberships@rltrust.co.uk with your full name and membership number.
What are the bolt-ons?
You can add a Squash Bolt-on to your membership for an extra £12 per month or £144 per year.
Is swimming part of my membership?
Yes, with an Rossendale Leisure trust membership you have unlimited swim. You can find our swimming timetable by clicking here.
Are fitness classes included in my membership?
Yes, with an Rossendale Leisure trust membership you have unlimited access to over 100 classes per week. You can view our fitness timetable by clicking here.
