We all know it's much easier to stay healthy when you're enjoying yourself. At RLT we pride ourselves on making exercise enjoyable, from a free 1-1 weekly review with our fitness team to creating dynamic and engaging exercise classes we have many ways to keep you motivated and energised to reach your goals.

If you're looking to increase your cardio fitness, exercise using functional kit, lift weights to gain mass or use resistance to tone up then we have the right equipment for you. Our classes include the world famous Les Mills, Meta-fit, Kettlercise and Indoor Cycling, we use industry leading group exercise programmes that are trusted to not only engage you but get you the amazing results you're looking for.

Our beautiful pool is located at Marl Pits Leisure Centre and caters for the competitive swimmer right through to our Aqua classes, no matter what your ability or interest, our swim timetable has something for everyone.

Free of charge on Thursday’s for members and their families, the sessions are at 6.00pm, 7.00pm & 8.00pm. Pre booking is advisable.

Group Exercise

Our Class Programme

Group exercise classes are the perfect way to introduce a little variety to your workout, while still helping you achieve those all-important fitness goals. No matter what you’re aiming for, we have a host of classes to choose from, including Les Mills Classes, Circuit Training, Pilates, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, and Insanity!

Each group class has its own advantages depending on what you’re hoping to achieve.



See your progress - Attending a class on a regular basis allows you to see your progression first hand. Whether it’s a spin class or yoga, over time you’ll see your body adjust and be able to reach that little bit further - something to really be proud of.
Motivation - Pilates, Zumba or spinning, our instructors are trained to keep you motivated throughout your workout. With high-tempo music and their encouragement, you’ll find the energy to keep pushing yourself to achieve your goals.
Spice it up - Whether you’re looking to burn fat, build your muscles or improve your flexibility, there’s something for everyone in our fitness classes, and they give you the chance to mix things up.
Have fun! - Working out in a group naturally creates an atmosphere where you can let go and have a bit of fun as you get fit. You’ll make friends and get regular exercise won’t feel like a chore.
