This is your chance to discover the unique benefits of each class before committing to a regular schedule. Whether you’re aiming for a full-body workout or to try something new. Our expert instructors are here to guide you on your fitness journey.

9:00am-9:30am Hiit Step – Cardio exercises with step aerobics.

9:30am-10am Legs, Bums and Tums – Weighted class

10:00am-10:30am Hiit Circuit – Cardio with strength exercises.

10:30am-11:00am Body Conditioning – Light barbell full body workout.

11:00am-11:30am Pilates – Strength & core focused low impact class.

11.30am-12.00pm Indoor Cycling – Exercise bike cardio. 

12.00pm-12.30pm Yoga – Strength & core focused with breathing control and meditation, low impact class.
