What is Couch to 5K?

Our Couch to 5K (C25K) program is a structured running plan designed for absolute beginners. It’s a ten-week journey that gradually builds up your running ability so you can run 5 kilometers (or 30 minutes) non-stop by the end. It’s accessible, achievable, and has already helped hundreds of people make running a regular part of their lives.

How to Get Started

  1. Sign Up: Enroll in our Couch to 5K program for just £10. This small fee covers the entire 10-week program, providing incredible value for the benefits you’ll receive. You can sign up at Marl Pits in centre or by calling them on 01706 225850
  2. Commit to the Schedule: Plan to join us every Monday and Wednesday from 6 PM to 7 PM. Starting 8th July 2024.
