With the variety of Rossendale Leisure Trust facilities, there is a wide range of fitness classes in Rossendale. If you have a membership with us you can plan ahead and book onto your classes 8 days in advance. All of our classes are available for members and non members. 

Rossendale Fitness Class Timetables

Our fitness classes in Rossendale take place across all of our sites; Adrenaline Centre in Haslingden, Marl Pits in Rawtenstall and Pioneer in Bacup. Get the most out of our fitness classes with a Rossendale Leisure Trust membership. All of our fitness classes are open to members and non-members.


Over 100 fitness classes per week, there’s something for everyone!

Here at Rossendale Leisure Trust we have over 100 classes per week to get you started. Classes include both low impact and weighted classes. Including Body Pump, Meta fit and Hiit Step (these are perfect if you are looking to burn the calories in a sweaty workout session) Pilates, Yoga or Tai Chi (great for improving on flexibility and balance) and many more for you to try, so try them all!
Fitness classes are also a great way of making new work-out friends, who will help keep you motivated.
You don’t need to be a member to enjoy our fitness classes! We offer pay as you go at £7. Book your class online or by calling the centre.

40:20 Yoga

40-minute resistance & HIIT work using 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest periods. Followed by 20 minutes of yoga to finish the session in a calm and relaxed matter. Hand weights or kettlebells are needed for this workout. Don’t have these? Improvise with water bottles or other household items!


High-intensity cardio class inspired by boxing and martial arts, it’s a full body workout.

Hiit Step

HiiT Step is a innovative 30 minute HiiT exercise class using only bodyweight and a step. Using the principles of High Intensity Interval, Training, this class is choreographed to bespoke soundtracks created by some of the UK’s top House DJs, HIIT Step is a high energy class that pushes you to new limits.

Buggy Fit

Buggy Fit is not an instructor led class. 
This session is aimed at mums to bring your child in the pram and enjoy using the gym equipment.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, Bums and Tums is a body weight and free weight work out with a main focus on the leg, glutes and core.

Tai Chi

Tai chi combines good posture with gentle, slow, controlled, relaxed movements to strengthen the body ,improve general health and provide a sense of wellbeing.

Body Combat: Les Mills

The Les Mills Combat is the ultimate in-home body combat workout. It offers mixed martial arts cardio in an entertaining and invigorating way. You will learn to punch, kick, swing, strike and block with the best of them.

Body Blast

High-intensity interval training working the full body in a circuit style format. Weighted class.

Cardio Abs

Cardiovascular workout with a main focus on the abdominal area.


Full body high impact cardiovascular workout using kettlebells. 


Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Like Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.


A high intensity full body workout interval-based class using body weight only. This class is perfect if you are looking for a 30 minute non weighted class. 

Tone Zone

Tone Zone is a type of fitness class that focuses on toning and sculpting the body. The exercises in a Tone Zone class are typically low-impact and use resistance bands, weights, or other equipment to help you work your muscles.


Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor Cycling is an excellent way to enhance your cardiovascular fitness and improve your lower body strength pedal your way through fast sprints and hill climbs.

Spin Circuit

Spin circuit is combined strength and cardio it combines high intensity cardio with a contrasting high volume strength workout, giving you a full body workout. 


A Yogalates class may include stretching and intense core and abdominal strength work. Yogalates may also feature breathing exercises, guided mindfulness and relaxation, depending on the teacher and style.  

Barbell Hitt

Hiit with a Barbell and loose plates, build up your strength and endurance while burning fat and building muscle. 

Body Conditioning

Body Conditioning is a typical full body workout class which involve a warm-up, a series of strength-training exercises, a cardio workout, and a cool-down. This is a weighted class.

Circuit Lite

Circuit Lite is a low impact class which include a mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. This class is perfect suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility.

Cardio Lite

Circuit Lite is an aerobic class to 80’s music using a timed circuit method. Low impact and perfect for beginner.
