There are many ways to improve your health by considering your diet. Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health, and can help you feel your best as well as boost your immune system.
Healthy Eating Food Diary
Sometimes we can over/under-consume food without even realising. Perhaps you’re stressed at work and find yourself eating high-calorie foods, or you’re not eating enough at lunch and are snacking later on as a result. A food diary is a daily log of what you eat and drink each day and can be a great way to help you realise what you consume, helping you become more accountable. A food diary will allow you to evaluate your diet and highlight areas you would like to focus on and make manageable healthy eating goals and changes to your diet and improve your habits.

*Please be considerate of your lifestyle with this diary; it’s recommended that you eat 3 meals a day, and have healthy snack in between if necessary.
It’s really easy to make small changes in our diet just by switching up what we buy. You should still be able to enjoy your favourite foods, just at moderation. There are plenty of swaps you can make for healthy alternatives (e.g. tortilla pizza!).
Healthy eating is easier than you think when you’re making the right food choices. By changing just a few eating habits you can make a big difference to your diet. Eating fewer foods high in calories, fat, salt and sugars and swapping them for something healthier, including more fruit and vegetables is a great start.
