National Fitness Day is a chance to celebrate the importance of physical activity and to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get moving. The theme for National Fitness Day 2023 is “Your Health is for Life,” which emphasises the importance of making physical activity a part of your daily routine.

We understand that motivation can be hard when it comes to fitness. So we have come up with a cross-site challenge for you to get involved with and boost your motivation.

Adrenaline VS Marl Pits VS Pioneer.

The challenge is, which centre can collectively travel the further distance using our cardio equipment? and it will take place over the week of National Fitness Day (18th-22nd September 2023).

How to get involved:

  1. Select your cardio equipment.
  2. Take a photo of your miles/KM on the machine and show a member of our team and they will log It on our sheet.
