That’s why the Rossendale Community First Responders are offering free “No Fear” first aid sessions – designed to give you the skills and confidence to respond when it matters most.
In these 2-hour, hands-on sessions, delivered by trained North West Ambulance Service volunteers, you will learn:
- How to recognise cardiac arrest
- How to perform effective CPR
- How to use a defibrillator (AED) safely and confidently
- How to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
