What is Qigong Wellbeing? A low impact sequence of slow controlled movements combined with breath worth and meditative mindfulness.

Who is it for? suitable for complete beginners and people with experience of qigong. You don’t have to be very flexible or particularly fit to take part.

What to expect? during the session you will be taught a flowing sequnce, breathing techniques and a seated qigong meditation.

What are the Benefits? improved posture, breathing, digestion, relaxation, better sleep, internal body strength, mindful focus and clarity and overall wellbeing.
