The Waterski Academy is a Voluntary, Social Enterprise with Community Interest Company status. Its aims are to improve and develop people’s Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Social well-being via the wonderful outdoor pursuit that is Water Skiing. It also achieves this by encouraging people to be part of the organisation and its daily activities on a voluntary basis.
- A family-oriented voluntary club, that can be enjoyed by all because today’s visitor is hopefully tomorrow’s member!
- Cater for all age categories, currently our youngest skier is 4 and our oldest 82.
- BWSW “Inclusive Centre” status we offer adaptive equipment to those who need it. Our facility is safe and accessible.
- We promote the sport by providing tuition to future Coaches and Boat Drivers.
As well as its members and casual users ,the centre is once again attracting organised groups, schools and colleges, youth groups and charitable organisations.
